Is Shree DedalMata Bhajnawali free to use?
Yes — the app is completely free, with no ads and no in-app purchases. There is nothing to buy and no subscription.
Does the app work offline?
Yes. All bhajan, aarti, chalisa and the complete Mangal Path are bundled inside the app, so everything works fully offline. No account or internet connection is needed to read.
What content is included in the app?
Two complete granths — Shree Dedal Dadi Mangal Path (10 chapters) and Shree Narayani Charit Manas (12 chapters) — plus Chalisa, Bhajan and Aarti for five deities: Rani Sati Dadi, Dedal Sati Dadi, Durga Mata, Shyam Baba and Hanuman Ji, including the Bajrang Baan.
Is the app available in Hindi and English?
Yes. The interface can be switched between Hindi and English. The scripture and paath text always stays in Hindi (Devanagari) so the sacred text is preserved.
Does the app collect my data or personal information?
No personal data is collected. The app works without any account, and your reading settings are stored locally on your device. Only anonymous, aggregate diagnostics via Google Firebase Analytics are used to improve the app. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Which devices are supported? Is there an iOS version?
The app runs on Android phones and tablets and is available on the Google Play Store. There is currently no iOS version; one may follow in the future.
How do I change the font size, theme or background?
Open any reading screen and use the reader settings to increase or decrease the font size, switch between dark and light mode, and choose a background theme — either a photo background or a solid devotional colour with an adjustable overlay for readability.
How does auto-scroll work?
Auto-scroll lets you read hands-free during paath. Turn it on in the reader and set a comfortable speed, and the verses will scroll automatically. A keep-awake option can also keep the screen on while you read.
How do I search for a bhajan, aarti or chapter?
Use the built-in full-text search to instantly find any bhajan, aarti, chalisa, chapter or sub-section across the whole app.
How can I report a scripture error or suggest content?
We warmly welcome corrections. If you spot an error in any text, or would like to suggest content, email us at [email protected] and we will review it.
Is this an official app? Is it affiliated with any temple or organisation?
It is an independent, community devotional app made by Samroid Apps as a seva. It is not an official app of any specific temple or organisation. The content was digitised from devotee-shared sources.
How can I support or share the app?
The best way to support this seva is to share the app with family and friends, and to leave an honest review on the Google Play Store. Reporting any errors you find also helps improve it for everyone.
